Hello!

Welcome to my travel blog. My name is Liz. A wife, sister, mother and lover of active & adventure travel who lives in Chicago.
Over the years, my father inspired my passion for travel. From climbing Kilimanjaro to dog sledding in Alaska, I was provided amazing opportunities and experiences with him.
It was my dad who also encouraged me to study abroad in Italy. Because my father is originally from Italy, he didn’t want me to miss the chance and gave me the push I needed. All of these experiences have helped shape who I am today.
Today, my husband and I instill the importance of travel in our family. I enjoy planning trips and itineraries and hope to give our kids as many experiences as I’ve had.
